Tummy Time

I bought her these new shoes.

She wouldn't stop staring at them.

Red River Ski Trip

Clint and I were able to go skiiing with some friends of ours from Wednesday Feb.15th-Sunday the 19th. We had a lot of fun. I was able to ski a couple of days but I was very out of shape. The first day was great but the second day my legs were jello. Clint tried skiing and then some snow boarding. It was nice to see snow and all the pretty scenery. Taylor spent some quality time with both sets of grandparents. Here are a couple of pictures.

Here is a cute hat we got for Taylor.

So I've been slacking with my posts the last couple of weeks, sorry. Things have been going well. I'm definitely loving being able to stay home with Taylor. She is really starting to get a personality. She is usually pretty happy but she will let you know when she wants something. She has her moments and when she throws a fit its very hard to calm her down. She  is sleeping through the night for the most part. She'll take a couple naps in the evening then I'll usually feed her around 9 or 10, put her down to sleep and she'll sleep till 4 or 5 in the morning, eat and then she's out till around 10 or 11am. She will usually play for a couple of hours and take another nap around late lunch then she up till around 5 or so and her naps begin. I've tried putting her to sleep earlier but she ends up waking up earlier so this works for now. I tried cereal the other day but she spit it all up and she was not having it so I'll try again next week giving her some everyday and see how that goes.

Here are some recent pictures.

5 Months Old

Wow I can't believe Taylor is five months old. She is doing good., growing and getting chunky. She currently weighs around 13 lbs and is about 24 in long. Her gestational age is almost  four months. She smiles and loves to talk all the time. She has started drooling and you can tell her gums are starting to hurt her but she doesn't have any teeth yet. She definitely recognizes mommy and daddy and knows our voices. She can sit up with support, roll over from her stomach to back, and loves to put her hands in her mouth. When she is lying on her stomach she can push her arms down and bring her head up pretty high. She loves to watch TV, which we never have on any more because the moment its turned on she is glued to it.

 Here are some pictures.
